Notes:
We are entering 2022 filled with hope for the future. We would like to express our gratitude for your patronage, and also express our awe for what the Tree House team was able to accomplish in 2021. Between a wildly expanded beer program, a burgeoning coffee program, and a distillery built from the ground up, we are incredibly proud of the progress we have made.
Let's enjoy this one together with optimism. The future is bright, and there is light for both the present moment and the future before us.
Be good to each other.

Pours cloudy gold orange color with a 1 finger thick foamy eggshell colored head that faded slowly and left very nice lacing and foamy rings as it went down. Smells of red grapefruit, sour orange juice, lemon zest, tangerine, mango, piney notes, tea leaf, coriander, biscuit, peppery spices, floral hops and toasted grains. Not super hoppy, but well balanced.
Tastes like tangerine, pineapple, mango, peaches, wet citrus hops, buttery biscuit, pine cone, tea leaf, peppery spices, lemon zest, wet cardboard, chalky yeast, leafy greens and faint caramel as it fades off dry and crisp.

Super agitated head, frothy and pocked by numerous larger bubbles, crests over a head with super thick retention and dense splotches of lacing. Thick golden puree in the glass, fully opaque. Pleasing piney spine to the nose, supported by peppercorns, fresh herbal matter before moving through vanilla fudge and ripe guava, mango, kiwi scents, mildly floral with minor notes of scone, baked goods. Medium to full-bodied, the carbonation causes a swell through the mouth entry, minimal tingle. Further, at times it feels like the lead smock they give you during dentist x-rays, heavy and difficult to budge. Solid dankness without bitterness, pine and coal tar, almost earthy now and then. Same fruit as found in the nose, maybe an addition of melon. I suspect the mouth feel restrains or muffles some of the flavors. Finish is short. The relative intensity of the fruit its best attribute. (Canned 12/27/21)

Poured from can picked up today at brewery. Nice color and mouth feel. thicker head that lasted longer than expected. Creamy pineapple taste but unpleasant boozy bitterness on the back end. Not the best Treehouse I've had, not the worst.
