Building on the success of Rainbow, Parfait utilizes the same base of ultra-pale pilsner malt and layers heavy doses of Galaxy, Nectaron, and Simcoe on top of this clean base. Pouring a beautiful yellow color in the glass, Parfait carries flavors and aromas of fresh guava juice, tropical fruit salad, and sweet clementines all propelled by a velvety and smooth-drinking body. Pour yourself a tall glass and sip it slowly—you have earned it!

16oz can dated 5/24/23.
Pours cloudy gold with an inch of dense white head. Persistent retention with plenty of tattered lacing. Orange, peach, mango in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft, fluffy mouthfeel. Juicy and lush on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Orange, mango, peach. Finishes ripe and juicy.

Sent my direction by @WunderLlama during the madness of NBS BIF #16.
Pours a chalky pale orange. Nice solid looking finger of white head. Recedes to a scattering of fuzz and a decent bit of lacing.
Sweet up front with a rich bouquet of tropical fruits. Mango and almost a creamy sweetness that's got vague hints of peach and real banana.
Flavour is also quite rich. The tropical expression is more papaya here, including some of the greenness you can get with a less ripe one.
Smoothe soft body with a blanket of carbonation and a dull earthy pulse of bitter hops to the finish.
THanks for sending this along, Maynard!!

Pours slightly hazy, gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is big fruit bouquet, Ambrosia, and peach. Medium body, moderate carbonation, bitter. Nice Tree House ipa, drinkable but not stellar by their high standards. I prefer Ambrosia but good.

Poured from a 16oz can stamped DESSERT BEER 06/13522 to a Nonic glass at fridge temp.
There is a very opaque yellow body sitting below a ¾ inch white head. Lacing is pretty medium and works all the way to an empty glass.
The aroma is musty citrus.
Taste is similar- clementine or tangerine rind and flesh, but the finish is quite dry.
Medium mouth feel for Treehouse, thick for many other juice bombs.
Pretty good. I would not consider this a dessert beer. Drank on a muggy 88 degrees as my 1st beer of the day it seems just right.

It poured yellow color with a nice 2 finger head that left good foamy lacing, and smelled of tropical fruit, a blend of citrus fruits like grapefruit, tangerine, orange peel, lemon zest, pineapple and guava mixed with a sweet malty backbone that carried some biscuit, caramel and mild floral notes. Another smooth IPA from Tree House that went down easy.

Tree House Brewing Co. "Parfait"
16 fl. oz. can coded "ENJOY WITH YOUR LOVE 04/15/22 05:01:04" and sampled on 05/25/22
Notes via stream of consciousness: It's poured a very cloudy golden body beneath a finger's width of white foam. The aroma is limited but there is some orange and otherwise tropical fruit there. On to the taste... much better fruit-wise! The malt is sweetish and basic and I'm finding hoppy notes of tangerine, passionfruit, berry, peach, guava, and grapefruit. A moderate to median bitterness balances it and it finishes dry with some earthiness, a touch of pine and resin, and some lingering strawberry. In the mouth it's medium bodied and smooth with a delicate, fine-bubbled carbonation. The head has held up well and it's left some beautiful lacing about the glass. All in all I have to say that this is a great, easy drinking beer with a sweet fruitiness upfront and across the middle that somehow comes out balanced and mainly dry in the finish.

Cloudy light orange with a finger of yellowed head. Moderate retention and solid lacing.
Tropical fruit medley in the nose with orange citrus, guava, strawberry and jungle flowers.
The taste follows pretty closely with a definite touch of cream added to the mix. A light touch of hop burn adds some bitterness to the finish.
Medium bodied and lightly creamy with modest spritz-like carbonation.
Very tasty, appropriately-named beer. Definitely gives fruit parfait vibes.
