Notes / Commercial Description:
A Blonde Ale brewed entirely with Nelson Sauvin hops, a New Zealand varietal that melds beautifully with a simple bill of pale malts. I have tried so many TH beers. They all so good to amazing in their own way. The Eureka line is no exception. Light, crisp, super drinkable. The Nelson hops with the light taste of grapes is delicious. Ever pop the skin off a grape? You get the taste of the meat of the grape. Awesome. Brings back childhood memories. The Eureka line are beautiful summer beers.

L: Bright yellow, hazy, nice white silky head.
S: Up front is a sweet grape aroma. What follows is a dank, wet vegetal like smell, followed grass/hay, and just a touch of lemon
T: Very light, refreshing beer. Just a touch of sweetness, an excellent grain character, and finishes with a very light dry bitterness. Key is everything is balanced quite well, which makes this very drinkable.
F: Typical of Treehouse, the body rocks. Light, frothy, carbonation is about medium. Smoother than an oil slick on a fresh ice rink.
O: I cannot wait to kill a couple of these by a fire on the 4th. Such a very nice beer.

Light mouth feel. Nice white grape nose with some onion and garlic. Thin mouthfeel compared to other Tree House beers. Loved the beer thought. Yellow/golden in color.

Can dated 8/22/15 poured into a Teku. Very light straw color with a nice lacing head. Aroma is a very delicate citrus with some slightly dank floral notes. Taste is similar to the smell with a great floral spicy at the end and nice cracker malt and yeast sweetness. The feel of this is crisp and light and super refreshing.

Poured from a can dated 08/22 into my spiegelau ipa glass
L: beautiful hazy straw yellow body that looks like it is glowing. Head us huge, comes out of the glass and looks like a pillow of soft fluffy foam. Leaves great lacing the whole way down
S: Subtlety is the key with this beer. There is a faint aroma of lemongrass, apricot, and bread. The smell also has a pinch of some musty quality to it that i can't place
T: Simple citrusy passion fruit tinged hops up front. Very low key but you know they are there. What follows is delightful. Sweet bready, malty goodness that is also very low key and as the sip finishes, the hops come back into play. Somewhat thin, yet smooth at the same time. Moderate carbonation
O: As I finish the beer I marvel at how well it is made. Very well balanced and the delicate flavors all complement each other without ever being overpowering. This would be a great nightly dinner beer. Well done Tree House!
