Light and bubbly, crisp clean flavor with a good amount of bite. This is a great session beer. Could drink it all night. This company is 20 Minute away from me and this is the first time having there beer I will defiantly be buying more River Walk products.

A - Dark gold body, with a 1 finger white head fades quickly leaves moderate lacing.
S - Lemon zest, peppercorn, some light herbal hops.
T - Yeast character takes over, spicy, black pepper, some light caramel from the malt.
M - Medium body, high carb. Coats the palate. Leaves a nice little warming alcohol feel to the mouth and throat.
O - A nice strong Farmhouse Ale. Worth trying if your into the style, but not a saison for a warm Summer's day.

500ml bottle poured into a tulip.

A: Golden in color, good clarity. Creamy off-white head holds at an inch in height. Spotty lacing.

S: Earthy yeast. Lightly musty. Floral, grassy, and earthy hops. Subdued orange peel and citrus notes. Clove and pepper. Quick whiffs of bubblegum. Toasty and grainy malt.

T: Toasty and grainy malt base. Overt hop character is largely earthy in nature. Grass, pine, bark, hint of orange peel. Peppery hop spice. Pith. Yeasty. A touch medicinal. Bubblegum in the background, briefly. Brush of alcohol. Drying finish.

M: Light bodied. Full and creamy in the mouth. Very fine carbonation pricks at the tongue. Mild hop astringency.

O: Homage to Chouffe on the label? It's solid enough. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but it's well put together. On the big side for the style, though that never hurts it. Also a little more focused and clean comparatively. It started to grow on my as I drank my way through it, and by the end I found myself wanting more.

Delicious hoppy Belgian. Nice fruity Belgian yeast strain with some Amarillo hops. Nice marriage.

A very bold and complex Farmhouse. Extra hazy and lush, a bit boozy but full of sour-wheat, herbal yeast forward complexity.
Lush, smooth feel at first hit but becomes classically alive with an active yeast punch.

Bottled 7/29/15

Pours a mild fizzy bubbly 1/2 finger head that fades at a med pace, light lacing, mostly clear slight hazy light colored honey blond.

Nose brings a pretty nice farmhouse saison, mild farmhouse funky notes, Belgian saison like, toasty grainy almost doughy malt, raw dough like, with plenty of esters, banana clove spice notes, mild peppery and apple pear notes, lots of banana, grassy hops mix with grassy malts, hint of a fruity hop and grassy herbal too.

Taste brings lots of esters out front, apple pear, with banana, peppery spices, mild phenols, etc, nice earthy farmhouse funk like, big Belgian farmhouse flavors, little cheesy funk notes. Hops are bigger than I expected, earthy spicy and grassy, not too bitter, with a herbal hop starting to come through. Background is earthy grassy grainy malts, doughy, raw dough and gristy, wheat like toasty notes, straw, little creamy notes as well. Finish is a little dry, fair bitter herbal earthy hops, lingering fruity esters, mild phenols, farmhouse notes, etc.

Mouth is med bod a bit lighter, lighter but decent carb, touch of creamy wheat.

Overall not bad, nice farmhouse Belgian saison yeast, little funk, tons of esters but not really too much, phenols play in a bit, hops are a bit surprising with herbal spicy notes, not too bitter thankfully, def enjoyable.
