This Whole Foods is a big disappointment. I eagerly anticipated a new Whole Foods reasonably close to home that would compare favorably to other Whole Food stores in the greater Seattle area.
Not even close. Very pedestrian selection no different than your average grocery store with beer aisle.
With Cathcart Albertsons to the East, Mill Creek Central Market middle, and Special Brews to the West, there is no reason to ever go to the Lynnwood Whole Foods for beer unless you're just looking for nothing special.

A nice location for these guys in the Lynnwood area. Fairly large beer selection, local to regional to national to international selection, a small selection of singles as well as packs. A decent wine and spirits department too. Prices are little on the high end but on par with most other finer groceries in the area. Store itself is very clean and most items are really well stocked.
Great variety of pre-made foods, and the whole nine, with plenty of seating to eat a nice lunch/dinner etc. Massive produce section both organic and otherwise. The staff seem to be a little indifferent, but since I generally know what I'm looking for when going there that doesn't really matter to me.
Parking at this location is at a premium, so best to hit in the off hours of the day.

I've been to the new Whole Foods in Lynnwood a couple of times now, and they have a pretty decent beer selection. There are about 200 or so different beers, I'd say, representing relatively common imports as well as a pretty wide variety of locally-made brews.
Atmosphere and service are what you'd expect from a high-end grocery store. Prices were reasonable, especially compared to beer-only bottle shops. Although I've sampled most of what they currently have in stock, I would return again to see if they've received anything new.
