Pale amber colour, minimum head with no retention. No lace either.
Aroma of citrics, fruits, cookies, apricots
Medium body, creamy sweet texture, no carbonation. Sweet finish.
Taste is a bit more bitter, apricots, citrics, malts, cookies.
Easy to drink.

8 Feb 2016. From Festival de las Naciones. In Teku glass. Reading CCNA Wifi guide. Rancid. Probably contamined because all the other beers from Dougalls ive taken are so great that its impossible they brew this on purpose. Ill have to try it again. BB date was 22 Jul 2016. Avg 1.92.

De tercertiempocervezas. Nueva etiqueta. En copa Teku. En almuerzo, con macarrones a la bechamel con jamon de york. Malta algo tostada y seca con un puntillo vegetaloide algo desgradable propio de amateur. Sigue siendo la peor dougalls aunque algo mejorada

Dougall's Leyenda is an English Special Bitter style leads Maris Otter and Crystal malts and hops Warrior, Cascade and Celeia. Beer is a shiny copper color with very fine bubbles lens and a thin durable layer and little white foam.
The scent is not too strong, but he can appreciate nuances of floral and citrus hops, without neglecting the presence of malty aromas.
The taste is bitter but refreshing, with citrus notes, floral notes giving way to a sweeter taste towards the end of the drink.
The aftertaste is bitter and slightly sweet lasting. A medium carbonation that is not bothersome, a medium body and well integrated alcohol. Furthermore it should be noted that it is well balanced beer, although slightly more decanting side hops.

330ml bottle. ½ pint glass. Enjoyed on may´12. Deep golden color. Quite clear appearance. Crystal malt, subtle hop aromas with orange hints. Sweet malts at first sip followed by gentle & delicious bitterness & grapefruit hues. Medium/light body, moderate carbonation. A very subtle underlying chocolate touch rounds an amazing & clean flavored beer. Easy drinkability. Refreshing. Young brewery, sure successful future.
