Pours a deep amber color, thick off white head falls oh so slow with great lacing.
Aroma is big caramel malt sweetness, over ripe fruits, pine needles, underlying citrus rind bitterness.
Taste is big sweet malty beer with deep hop notes under it all. Good bitter citrus rind, over ripe fruits and pine. It's lightly dank with lingering resin on your tongue.
Mouhfeel is big medium with smooth carbonation.
Overall big smooth IPA good bitterness, but not overly done.

Very nice, balanced double IPA. Perfect amount of hop & malt sweetness in harmony, lighter than I expected. Very nice. I'll have another!

Thanks Matt for sharing!
Dark amber orange, off white foam. Sudsy with a lot of sticky lacing and lasting surface coverage.
Aroma is sweet, caramel malt tends to dominate with a mild vegetal note behind it.
Taste is heavy on sweet caramel malt, hops are muddled and get lost in the mix. Sticky and boozy.
Heavy body, resiny bitter aftertaste, not much in the way of hop flavor. Not my style of DIPA.
