Appearance: Pours crystal clear and amber colored with a finger of foam and plenty of lacing action

Smell: Caramel and nectarine

Taste: Caramel and cracker malt forward, with a fruity character building; nectarine and earthy malt flavors through the middle, with the sweeter tones dominating the finish

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation

Overall: It's an amber, what do you expect?

Thanks, SPLITGRIN, for the opportunity

Poured out a clear, amber color with a foamy, off-white, two finger head. It left sticky rings of lace. It smelled of roasted malt, pine and citrus. Good roasted malt taste with a pretty big dose of bitter hops. A crisp and sharp ale with a dry finish.

Undated can purchased earlier this month near the brewery.
Pours a deep amber color; clear with a large bone-colored head that has very good retention and leaves marvelous lacing.
Limited aroma with a bit more flavor. Very good sweet/bitter balance, shaded towards the bitter side, yet with more roasted malt than hop flavor. Surprisingly durable, hop-tinged, roasted malt aftertaste.
M: Exceptional; medium-light, airy body without wateriness; excellent, soft, medium carbonation.
O: excellent for style. Just trounces the other Lexington amber (Kentucky Ale) that preceded it.

12 oz. can. Clear amber body with a small off-white head. Smells of bready malts, some caramel, and some floral and fruity notes. Tastes fruity and floral up front. Sweet bready malt backbone and some light bitterness and toasty malts in the finish. Medium body. Drinkable. Just not an exciting beer.

Eh. Pretty uninspiring and typical. Not much going on that's memorable. Just a boring and lame amber when you get down to it.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a cloudy brown color with a 1/23 inch head. Smell is of caramel malts, some hops. Taste is well balanced malts and hops, some caramel, but not as pronounced as in the smell. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall an easy drinking and sessionable beer.

Lightly nutty malt and a touch of caramel dominate the aroma. Flavor is toffee, buttery, lightly fruity specialty malt, a touch dry and bitter at the finish.
