Pours out to a thin white head that lasts and a deep clear gold color. Aroma is faint grapefruit and pineapple with a faint grain in there as well. Flavor highlights grapefruit and a light crackery malt on the finish. Bitterness is moderate. Mouthfeel is light and CO2 is right or style. All around good call.

really solid pale. Sweet light caramel background with just hint of bittering, maybe a tad sweeter than most pales but solid, clean crisp taste. Mouthfeel just a bit little than style but overall ver satisfying brew. Well carbonated and jist solid drinking beer from great new brewery.

Pours a beautiful clear bright golden color. I think this is the most balance between the malt flavor and hop flavor I've had in an American Pale Ale. It starts out with the malt almost sweet, with warm biscuity flavor and then finishes with some hop bite but not overdone. The hop flavor is most subtle something lacking in American brewing. Almost like an English bitter, but more crisp and refreshing.

Pours a clear, copper color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of strong citrus hops, slight piney hops, hint of floral hops, sweet malt, and slight alcohol. Fits the style of an American Pale Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong citrus hops, slight piney hops, hint of floral hops, sweet malt, and slight alcohol. Overall, a very fresh, distinct, and complex aroma and body.
