A: Pours a brilliantly clear golden yellow color. A dense tow finger white head forms with good retention. Plenty of lace left behind.
S: Dough and grainy malts, baked bread. Earthy and grassy hops in the finish. Simple, but very enjoyable.
T: Baked bread, dough and grains. There is a light sweetness. Grassy hops and lingering bitterness. Yep, love how simple this is.
M/O: A light to medium body. Good carbonation, crisp and supper clean. An excellent pilsner that is really well balanced and simple. Something I want to keep coming back to.
Another clean, balanced and well made offering from their Public House in North Little Rock. I'm a fan, and looking forward to having some more when I get a chance.

Poured into a stange glass on 10/9/2017 best by 12/2017.
L: pours a cloudy golden color. Not very impressed with the clarity of this beer really. When I buy a pils I am expecting perfect clairty for sure. Moderate lacing. 1/2" head that doesn't stick around to long.
S: smell skunk off the bat. 2nd whiff I get some sweet bready malts and a little bit of grass.
T: the taste is pretty close to the smell in the beer as with many pils. But I do get some citrus in the taste also
F: well carbonated. Light-medium body.
O: I'm not sure the clarity really bugs me for some reason but it does go down pretty well. I would like to try this on tap.

Can poured into weizen glass. BB 062517. Yeah it's expired but I'll try it anyways.
A: Semi aggressive pour gives us three fingers of bleached head. Beer is LIVELY. Very well carbonated as bubbles rush to the surface. Head retention is stellar as is lacing. Beer itself is a pale straw.
S: Pilsner. Soft malts. Hops are herbal and slightly green fruit.
T: I think it's starting to decline. This one is hard to describe. Hit of malty sweetness up front but then things get weird.
It reminds me of a very soft sour/wild ale. It's lightly acidic in taste with a bit of funkiness on the mid palate. The hops put up a mildly herbal bitterness on the finish. Crisp on the end.
M: Soft and pillowy but still has the zing of carbonation.
O: I like it. I imagine it's not what the brewer had in mind, but given that it's already shot past the shelf life (that brewers are notorious for lengthening) combined with not being stored cold yielded a very interesting pilsner. Or hell, maybe it's infected. Still tasted good to me. I've marked the tasting score as a 3 because this is not anywhere close to what a pilsner should taste like but is still pleasant.

Pours a clear, straw color. 1/2 inch head of a white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of citrus hops, pale malt, slight wheat, hint of pine, hint of sweet malt, and a a hint of earthy malt. Fits the style of a Czech Pilsner. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of pale malt, slight caramel malt, hint of earthy malt, slight citrus hops, and slight wheat. Overall, good appearance, aroma, body, and blend.

Great easy drinking pilsner. It's refreshing, and has great taste for a light beer.

Light yellow pour with huge, soapy white head. Moderate retention; little lace.
Smell is of straw, light aroma of rice, wheat.
Taste - grassy and light citrusy notes balance out the grainy malt taste.
Feel is nice and crisp. Medium-bodied with a nice finish.
Overall not a bad brew from Core.
