This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This one smells like fresh sour peach, juice, white wine, and oak.
This is older, but it has held up extremely well here, as the peach character is still pretty vibrant, with a great sweet and sour balanced. I get grassy and lemony acidity, along with a solid hit of white wine barrel.
This is light bodied, and very clean, with a very high level of drinkability.
I'm really surprised with how good this one still tastes.

Sweet peach juice on the aroma with some presumed tartness. Fruit had definitely faded a bit but still was present and enjoyable. Very drinkable with enough sweetness to balance. Well done.

Got as a gift. Served at 8deg C in a tulip.
A- Opens well and pours no head at all. Thought it was flat but thank goodness it was not. Someone loosing a ten spot on flat beer is a crime. Medium gold colour and unfiltered
S- Lots of peach here. Nice yeast
T- Peaches and brett and not much of either. Kind of bland and was expecting a fruity recipe. The sour is there but just not placed right and the complexity is low. Might be a lot of ingredients that you can taste but they do not come together and stick out almost one at a time.
M- Sour. Dry.
O- Not my cup of tea. Loved the scent but not the flavor profile. Needs refinement.
Food Pairing
This ok brew would go well with....... Chicken Kiev! The dill, butter and cheese really does go well with a sour.
Enjoy

500ml bottle poured by Derek a couple weeks back, Cheers Man!! from notes
A slight haze in a golden yellow body, not much for head or lace
S peaches, apricots, pear, mild funky yeast, white vinous notes, a hint of wet wood, has a Sprite pop thing going on but it works
T mimics the smell with just a touch of vinegar added to the mix
M tart but not sour, a little tannin like grit, finishes fairly dry
O gone in a flash, I’d stop short of calling it a sour but it’s tart and refreshing
I could put back a couple of these on my own with no problem but I doubt I’ll ever get to try it again though, thanks again Derek!!!

Nailed it, loads of barnyard funk and sour notes with a solid dose of peaches that lingers on the palette. Super flavourful, smooth and finishes surprisingly wet.

Not much head, clear golden yellow.
Huge peach aroma and vanilla, echoed in the flavour as well. A nice Brett crispness.
Light to moderate body, crisp, dry finish.
Thanks BakaGaigin!

Another big highlight from recent Toronto trip. A bit lighter than batch 2, but seemed to have more depth in funky goodness. Excellent blend from Bellwoods.

Another lovely rendition - truly bright, tart and balanced. It looks, acts and smells very much like a cider. The peach and funk flavors balance nicely with malt and white pepper to remind you what you really are drinking. If I could get my hands on this on regular basis, I definitely would!

Funk farmhouse, under control, with peach flavour moderate. Very drinkable although not so edgy for a wild beer.Bottle from the source. Decent beer but not worth seeking out.
