Its murky apricot orange body eludes to the tropical fruitiness inherent in the nose. An inch of fizzy white head wastes no time falling to a ring.

A bright, ripe burst of pineapple juice and peaches streams from the glass. A lemony tartness comes with a fresh cracker tone. A bit of oniony funkiness hides behind everything that's tropical.

Bright, tart lemon and lime cut through the juiciness of the pineapple and peach. The mix of sweet and sour balances out very nicely. A dash of fresh biscuit in the finish is a reminder of how fresh this beer actually is.

A cutting crispness and snappy tartness is paired with a lively level of carbonation and light body. It's the definition of refreshment.

A salted version of this would be a spectacular summer variant. As is, this stuff is great.

The aroma is just incredible. Brig juicy tropical fruits, such as lychee, tangerine and pineapple. The fruit is acompanied by both a lactic sourness and some funk. The taste has the same flavours, quite sour with a nice funky backbone. The Brett is a great addition- I prefer this to the regular version. The beer loses nothing but gains complexity from the Brett, which blends in excellently with the lacto. Great.
