A single hop APA made with Zythos hops.

A - Cask brew poured out a cloudy, orange color with golden highlights. It had a small, tan head of foam that left sheets of sticky lace on the glass.

S - It smelled very floral and citrus. Didn't get much else.

T - Fruity, citrusy and somewhat sweet upon first sip. The bitterness builds as it goes down. Nice caramel sweetness for backbone.

M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A light to medium bodied ale with a dry finish.

O - This is an interesting APA. Tasty. I think it is my first experience with Zythos hops. Seemed similar to Galaxy hops.
