Been to this brewery a handful of times and love it every time. The Poblano Stout, Dry Irish Stout, Mexican Lager... all really solid beers and the staff is even better. It'll be cool to see them grow to be a real staple in Brighton.

Went for lunch at this Brighton Craft Brewery. Nice looking building. Adjacent rery empty parking lot off limits during banking hours for the Wells Fargo across the street, so had to search for where we were allowed to park.
Sat at the bar and was waited on by Westin, a most cordial bar keep from Illinois.
Mostly a pizza menu but we split their roast beef sandwich on a sourdough bread that was very good.
Ordered their WEST PORTAL PALE LAGER, which I really enjoyed (see review).
Not a busy time so the good service came easily, the friendly welcome was appreciated.

BigChoice has a few brews available year-round that are really quite good, but the real winners are the limited runs available in the taproom. The bar staff usually has me cracking a smile with their wit and sarcasm. Sometimes food trucks, sometimes not.

i enjoyed this place a lot more than i thought i would. there beer has been back and forth for me, and the stuff they can has only been so so on the whole. fun little taproom here though, blue collar feeling, very local oriented, no frills. there might be an upstairs, but i didnt go up there. brew house is in the back, hard working spot it looks like, manual canning line for the most part, a few bigger fermenters. service was friendly and the samples were flowing. the peppermint stout was the highlight for me, one of their best i have had to date, but all of the beers i had here were enjoyable. i also had robust conversation with people who drink here nightly, and everyone had nothing but positive things to say about this place. i liked the mix of inventive and comfortable brews, experimentation is high here, but there are some staple styles too. a place i would definitely go back to, with fair prices and a comfortable relaxed feel. the beer seems to be getting better and better too. they have my attention now.

Atmosphere - don't judge a book by it's cover. The place is not very attractive from the front, but they are currently looking for a new location, which I hope they find soon. Inside was quite homey with an upstairs as well. Quite laid back and many locals in there for sure. Off the beaten path. Wish they had a patio.
Quality - They currently can their 3 best beers for sure and I hope the can their saison as well. The sour I felt lacked that punch and some of the other beers were just okay.
Service - The bartender was amazingly friendly, quick, and fun to chat with.
Selection - 8 different beers from a variety of styles makes the selection nice.
Overall - the place is a locals location for sure. off the beaten path and in a warehouse unit, I sure hope they can get a new location soon with a lot more seating in the same room. Glad I got to visit and will probably visit again.

The rotate a new beer in about once a month. Currently have a notable Biere du Garde. Beers are poured by the owners and or the brewer so they can talk beer too. Very laid back place with free popcorn weekdays and food trucks weekends.
