Between Two Pillows is a 6.7% IPA from the future with a territorial dank hop wash of citrus fruits abound. Mosaic Incognito, LupoMax Mosaic, LupoMax Citra, Strata, Citra, and Mosaic liven up your entire life with a punch of passionfruit, cotton candy, and blueberry. Its chorus is perhaps the most memorable from the oats, and there’s a passion in the pillows that SOB director of brewing ops JP called, “Oats-Ma-Goats.” Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Riverlands Brewing.
