On tap, poured into a stemmed tulip. The aroma is overall very mild, with notes of soapy with a damp funk and a light lemon and bread dough poking through. The beer is clear with a brilliant yellow hue and a white, soap suds head, and a wispy surface with decent retain and decent lace. The taste is a medium bitter and medium light sweet. The texture is slick and thin with a sprtizy carbonation and a medium light body that has the flavor of under ripe peaches and citrus with a grain like quality to the crisp finish that contains peppery notes. Overall it's clean with a long, fresh aftertaste that has mild, bitter grapefruit rind and herb.

Draft tulip at Endgrain.

We were served a Hexafoos and an Apostraphe at the same time, and asked the bartender which was which, as they looked very similar. This one was more pale and hazy, with a distinct Belgian IPA character.

Aroma was lightly citrusy, mild clove and typical spice for a Belgian IPA.

Creamy feel with a big citrusy taste, light spiciness and bitterness that lingered into the dry aftertaste. I wanted to drink more but Aaron kept bogarting it, will have to give it a second try in the future. Thanks to Thomas for this one!

Edit: had this again, and I think my review for Apostraphe applies here. Bright gold, faint smell and light yeast and fruit flavors. Drinkable but one dimensional.
