Appearance - pours a bright iced-tea color into one of the specialty glasses from the Sampler. Thin off-white head looks creamy from above, bubbly from the sides. I've seen lighter Marzens but was still expecting something a little darker.
Aroma - just some plain, standard grain sweetness, nothing more.
Taste - a little 'darker' tasting than regular Michelob, but aside from that it is very similar. A little fuller tasting, but it really doesn't remind me of a Marzen. A smidge of hops, hardly detectable. Should be more here for the style.
Mouthfeel - decidedly thin, but a little more body than Mich regular. Lots of fizz gives it some added appeal as the warm weather picks up.
Drinkability -not as good as I'd hoped, but still okay. Not worth buying the other 15 in the Sampler just to get these 3 bottles.

Full white head on a clear dark amber golden colored beer.
Mellow week aroma like most AB products.
The taste is mild but a bit darker and a bit better than most AB beers I've tried. Seems like the used either more or better malts with this product then I'm accustomed to with this company.
A slight Bud like aftertaste without much tastes sticking around with this light bodied beer.
Pretty much the standard fare from these guys, maybe slightly better with this one.
