Look: Deep copper brown with a very thin white head.
Smell: Bready malt and a sharp citrus note.
Taste: Mild bready malt with a light hop bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Decently thick and sharply carbonated.
Overall: A decent, drinkable amber for relaxing.

20 ounce draft at the Bahama Breeze in Kissimmee, FL. Served in a larger version of a shaker pint. Brownish-red color with a thick 1/2 inch persistent head. The smell was dominated by malt. Taste followed along the same line with minimal hop note. Creamy mouthfeel with a sweet finish. The beer went quite well with a spicy meal. At 5.49 for a 20 ounce pour it was even a decent value. I think that on a nice day I could sit on their patio and knock back a few more of these watching the cars go by while eating some Firecracker Shrimp.

No head and very little mouthfeel, but a light yet malt-centric body with lovely carbonation made for a very refreshing brew!
