Originally known as Spring Heat Spiced Wheat

We’ve shaken up traditional tastes by brewing a spiced Belgian-style wheat ale with real orange, lemon and lime peels, and then added a little coriander spice to the mix. This uniquely-crafted and award-winning ale is unfiltered to create a brew that is naturally cloudy with a light golden color and a smooth, refreshing finish.

Pours less hazy than expected. The brew is pale gold, with a moderate amount of effervescence bubbling up that lasts well glass. The pour produces 2+ fingers of shortlived, foamy, white head which leaves no appreciable lacing or surface cap & only a hint of a collar. Aroma is a little thin but very typical of the style: wheat, sweet bread, coriander, Belgian yeast, fruity esters of orange, banana & a hint of apricot. Taste is also typical of the style but like the nose is thin: wheat, pie dough, coriander, orange, banana & a faint stone fruit hint. There is something melon-like as the finish approaches. Finishes disappointingly thin & everything good or bad with the flavor profile disappears in the dry aftertaste. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation, creamy, pepper prickly, finishing a little bit thin & slick. I don't know if this has oats in it but it is certainly creamy enough in the front for them to have been used.
