Style: Low Alcohol Beer

Alcohol by volume (ABV): 0.50%

Availability: Year-round

Notes / Commercial Description:
O'Doul's and O'Doul's Amber are non-alcohol malt beverages.

O’Doul’s has a mild, sweet taste with a slightly dry finish. O’Doul’s Amber has a rich, slightly sweet taste with flavorful hop finish.

O’Doul’s and O’Doul’s Amber are brewed as traditional premium beers – fermented and aged to full maturity. The alcohol is then removed through the use of low temperature, low-pressure distillation. This extremely gentle process allows the alcohol to be removed without heating or cooking the beer, which retains the full, rich and delicate flavor and balance of our non-alcohol brews.

Pours straw yellow with no head.
The aroma is sweet grain and a bit of light struck skunkiness.
The flavor is fairly typical for a light lager with a slight skunkiness.
It's a thin watery lager, there not much more to say. It's honestly not horrible, but I won't drink it again.

This one does probably the best job of imitating a real beer, of any non-alcoholic beers that I've tried. Of course, the only reason to keep some non-alcoholic beer around is to have a handy explanation for why you smell like beer.

This is hands down the best domestic beer money can buy. You could save up and buy a couple craft brews, but there is no point when something this delicious and decadent is on the market. Everything about this beer pisses excellence. The look, the smell, the taste, and the feel of this beer is sublime. You can kiss every other beer goodbye with this delicious golden beverage. The ABV is also something to take note of. Notice that it is only 0.50%. This beer is perfect for keeping your crazy alcoholic uncle under control if you manage to trick him into drinking this wondrous beverage. I have a silly little pastime that my friends and I partake in. The game is to see how many O'Doul's you can drink to get buzzed. So far my friend Balthazar or "Bal" as we call him, has been able to drink about twenty-five before regurgitating everywhere! I am personally at the record of fifteen beers, just because the taste is so delicious and rich; I really could not bring myself to drink too much. I try to savor every sip of the sweet nectar, swishing it thoroughly in my mouth before I swallow the savory fluid. I highly recommend this beer to anyone who wants to have a good time, but also wants to enjoy a hearty beverage. 10/10!

Comparing only NA beers, BUD Light and Miller Lite, not my favorite Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.
The color was a straw yellow.
This beer poured with a 1 finger head.
It gave off a nice light beer aroma from the head.
The taste was that of weak beer flavored seltzer water.
The overall taste and body was just a little better than that of Bud Light or Busch NA
Seltzer water is cheaper and I can ad my own hops!!!! I won't be trying this beer again unless major changes are made.

If you have to go NA beer then there are few others I would try before this one. No flavor tasted flat, I could have had a old bottle didn't check the date
