It's not the worst brew out there, but it's far closer to the bottom than the top. Had it last about 5 years ago, don't know why I bought it but I did.
It is a malt liquor, and as such it is not terrible example. As I should be judging it for what it is, the rating probably should be higher. But I did end up tossing out a little less than half of the 40oz bottle. It was just not good.

Had about a 5oz pour from a 40 just to sample it. Really didn’t pick up any off flavors at all. Fairly easy to drink. I’m sure a headache would result if you drink more than 12oz of this however.

Had that one time at a party back in the day. I have had a wicked lot of beers from these guys, most of which are not at all good whatsoever, this included.

Poured into a 12oz glass from an undated 25oz can.
On the pour a decent 1.5 finger white head formed. The head has decent retention but it's a pretty fast dissipation to a thinner cap. The body is a solid gold with lots of fine carbonation.
Aroma us a bit rough. Some off apple juice and a bit of a funky lager. A bit malty other than that but meh.
Taste has a bit of off flavor. There is a nice malty sweetness right off the bat and it's quite attenuated and stays pretty balance. There is a twinge of tartness, but for the style this is decent. Biscuity finish with a hint of corn.
Feel is drinkable and relatively crisp, but it's not the most chuggable beer with some odd esters here and there. Medium finish with a pretty neutral mouthfeel.
Overall for the style this is pretty good. I still prefer colt 45, or Mickeys, but this is a lot better than OE or Hurricane. Not bad for a cheaper buzz.

The first time I ran across this beer was 30 years ago in Jacksonville, FL. I was in Florida for the Daytona 500 and swung by the Anheuser Busch brewery in Jacksonville on the way to Daytona. At that time, my "beer palate" wasn't all that developed, and the extra malt flavor of this beer was appreciated, since I was drinking pilsners at the time.
30 years later, I stumbled across the 25 oz cans in a local gas station (I never said it was highbrow) and decided to give one a shot. Upon arriving home, I cracked the can open and poured (most of) the beer into a 16 oz glass.
The color is light (for a malt) and the head is respectable due to the fairly high carbonation. The first sip brought back memories of the caramel-malt flavor I remembered from years ago. It was refreshing and was a good match for the 102-degree heat.
This is NOT a complex beer, nor is it something that one would go to the ends of the earth for. However, it is a good cold beer for a hot afternoon and has fallen back on my Lawnmower Beer list!

Goes down super easy, but don't let the smooth taste fool you! This beer packs a punch which makes it a staple in my house whenever I can find it, but lately something has been afoot at the circle k and I can't find it anywhere.
Pours a nice golden color, gives you a little head, doesn't have a disturbing odor, satisfies your thirst when you take the plunge, and doesn't make you regretful in the morning

I bought this in honor of KingCobraJFS, that's what's up. Looks like urine and doesn't taste much better: intense blast of corn mixed with a touch of grassy hops and garbage can juice

25 oz can. VERY aggressive pour yields a huge head over a beautiful golden body... completely fills my gigantic Warsteiner mug.
Smells like apples.
Taste is actually almost decent. Vastly superior to the Mickey's that I had earlier today.
Feels like the King of malt liquors.
Overall...I wouldn't be mad if someone gave me a can of this.

Pours golden yellow with a 1" white head, which fades to a wisp. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is grassy, bready, faint sweetness.
Taste is the usual corn associated with cheap beer, bready, grass, light maltiness, slight sweetness.
Light body, moderate carbonation. Dry finish.
As far as malt liquor goes, this one is fairly ok.

25oz can, born on code 21059. Poured into an Arcoroc nonic pint glass.
A - pours a clear yellow with a foamy white head that fades to a ring.
S - Faint malty and adjunct notes. The smell isn't very strong.
T - Taste is somewhat bland. Primarily malty corn flavor with a slight alcoholic bitterness at the end.
M - Medium-light body, medium carbonation. Goes down smoothly and finishes dry.
O - Inoffensive as far as malt liquors go; will likely pass on it in the future. Rated to style, YMMV.

King of the Malt Liquors. Put some lime in there and you got decent high ABV beer.

It's malt liquor, thicker than a normal lager, medium body, smells not very good, taste is actually pretty alright for what it is. Overall there is a lot better out there, but actually not terrible.

Me and the bois slam down Bing Bobras. This beer has the power to truly bring friends together with its great price, great taste, and over all great look. When you drink this beer it isn’t just drinking a typical beer, it’s a bonding experience between you and your bois. It saddens me that I can never order this a bar and what hurts the most is the look that a bartender gives you when you try to order it. But, she doesn’t understand the true complexity this beer has. But it doesn’t matter when you’re slamming down Bing Bobra with your bois. Because, THAT is what truly matters.

Tastes like a slightly stronger Budweiser. Considering it's made by Anheuser-Busch, I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case. Frankly, I'm not too thrilled with this drink.

King Cobra is a very bland malt liquor that I recommend to no one. I liken it to the beer equivalent of Vodka, mostly flavorless. If you want a cheap beer, Icehouse Edge, Steel Reserve 211, Honey Brown are more flavorful choices.

The beer is very pale and sickly yellow with little to no head when poured out into a glass (but then again who drinks this out of a glass?). The smell is mostly of fusel alcohol and some corn and possibly malt. Not much hops. Not very appealing. The taste is better than the smell. It is balanced and the sweetness is balanced out by the whatever hops are in here acceptably. That being said, there isn't a whole lot of complexity or depth of flavor or anything like that. The mouthfeel is loose but foamy. Overall, not great but being a malt liquor, that makes sense. Its a simple malt liquor that gets the job done.

25oz can stamped 18337 (about 6 months old) poured into a vintage Spuds MacKenzie mug at fridge temp 6% ABV. The beer pours mostly bright golden yellow with fizzy nearly white head. The head recedes to a thin ring and few bubbles. The aroma is chemical more than anything else, maybe a hint of corn. The taste is nuetral until mid palate where rotten corn and spoiled vegetable starts to come on before a buttery, oily unbittered finish. The mouthfeel is thin bodied, highly carbonated and undry in the finish. There is a pretty slick unfinished fermentation finish and some spoiled / tart notes that linger. Overall, bad. At least pick a higher ABV malt liquor if it's going to be unpleasant. The only taste or feel that come through are the flaws.

40 oz. bottle:
Pours clean, straw yellow. A fizzy white head descends to a thin island. No real lacing. Typical macro lager/malt liquor look.
The smell is pretty clean - some fruity alcohol. Cheap lager aroma. Not much worse than expected.
The taste is sweet without much flavor (some cooked veggies?) Pretty devoid of flavor except some alcohol and maybe a hint of grain. Relatively clean finish. Bland, cardboard like aftertaste, that is, thankfully, relatively short-lived.
Pretty smooth considering alcohol shows. But, thin - thinner than others of the style.
A watery, alcohol-forward (despite it being a modest 6% abv), bland, but relatively drinkable, cheap malt liquor. Sweet-leaning. There are better (and worse) malt liquors out there.

So This is a buck or 2 by me. The smell well it smells burnt and like a gorillas ass but its my preferred 40 oz malt when theyre out of colt 45 at my gas station but this stuff will rip you apart fast after 3 40's I'm busted and in the back of a cop car you get what I'm saying lol. Not bad if you want to get ripped up real fast.

Appearance:
Sudsy white head that falls to thin film. Beautiful clear gold color and lots of bubbles rising.
Aroma:
Faint pils malt, rice, slight fruit juice note. No Hops.
Flavor:
Clean, grainy, ricey, slight bit of alcohol sweetness. No distinct hop presence in the mouth. No strong off flavors.
Mouthfeel:
Light and slightly rough on the tongue after a while but within tolerance for style. CO2 is high.
Overall:
This is a cheap malt liquor that drinks easy and has little in the way of flavor, good or bad. In the style category it is one of the better ones. In the grand scheme of beer, it is a bottom feeder for sure.
