Notes / Commercial Description:
Our Pumpkin Wheat seasonal offering combines the smooth taste of Shock Top with the flavors of Fall. Misc.: My youngest brother bought a 6-pack; Bottle read, “Pour down side of glass until ½ inch is left in bottle. Swirl and pour remaining brew to properly blend spices and release the aroma and flavor.”

Poured a caramel, copper hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of khaki white head. No lacing along the sides of the glass. Minimal retention on the top all the way down.

Not much of a smell really, but could definitely tell it was a Shock Top. Caramel, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, all less than even the Blue Moon Pumpkin. Some Belgian kick though.

Tasted a tad better than the smell. Nutmeg, cinnamon, Belgian wheat spices, cloves and some wintry spices.

Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Earthy abrupt finish.

Nothing too great about this beer. Skip it and move onto another.
