Poured from a pint can into a shaker. A moderate pour produces a one inch frothy white, short-lived head that dissipates to a respectable bubbly lace. The beer is a cloudy pale golden with light carbonation.

Overbearing Jolly Rancher sour apple notes in the aroma- fortunately these are a little more subdued in the overall flavor. You can detect some genuine malt flavor, and the beer has a creamy mouthfeel.

This isn't terrible, and exceeded my low expectations. A good choice if you're switching around between ciders, alcopops and tutty-fruity wheat beers.

June 2016 update- I can't believe I gave this an overall score of 3....I've been on a wheat beer kick again and had another go at this one. The apple flavor is contrived and fake, and the beer is far too sweet. I can't really taste the beer like I did last time. This stuff has either gotten worse or my taste buds have gotten better....

This tasted like either really bad cider or really bad beer. Like budweiser with sour apple jolly rancher hues. Two of them led to an upset stomach and an epic headache the next day. I like most beer on principle and I hate to waste it ever, but the last four of these will get dumped with extreme prejudice. Blech.
