Pours a hazy light honey color, really active (too much) with three+ fingers of solid, fluffy, beige mousse that sticks around well and leaves a lot of even lacing. The aroma and flavor are both have a rich wheat body with a melange of clove, banana and vanilla. The flavor is a little lighter, crisper, and less "full" but is, likewise, a textbook hefeweizen: smooth spiced bread dough flavor with a hint of a hint of tartness and a mellow, drinkable, quenching character. Medium body, medium carbonation, very drinkable. This is a decent hefe. Not my favorite, but not bad at all. Would have again.

Hazy golden color with a thick wall of pearly activity. Foamy and rocky white 4 finger island head, lasting around 15-20 minutes, with good legs. Flavors of lemon, sweet straw and wheat, faint clove and banana yeast with some floral spices. Soft pleasant sugary feel with light sour lemon. Slick and smooth full body with crispy carbonation. Light finish, lingering zesty citrus with faint clove and lightly hopped. The flavors are good and well balanced, although a little faint, with a highly refreshing feel that is accessible. Overall pretty good quality craft.

This hefe pours an opaque orange color with a medium foamy white head. There is a very pleasant and somewhat strong smell of banana and wheat. Not a typical hefe at all. The initial taste is very crisp and has very little flavor. It is only on swallowing that the real flavor hits you with an intense blast of banana, some spices, and to a lesser extent wheat. The body is light, even for a hefe and it imparts a semi-dry finish. Not bad flavors, but it falls a little flat. I think it is maybe that the malt profile is just a little too weak for my taste. Not at all bad overall, but definitely not on par with the great German hefes, though it is better than some of the cheap mass produced ones.

Standard weizen with moderate to weak smell, taste is more bready, than spicy and estery, that follows the smell.
Soft carbonation, medium body, good, but non-essential.
