Tropical. Guava. Pineapple and papaya notes. Tropical hops. Nice lacing on glass. Slightly tart with very after taste. Fruitiness is at very forefront of the flavor profile. Limited mouthfeel.

LOOK: Pours fairly hazy with hues of orange, amber and gold. Fairly small off white head that disappeared quickly and leaves nearly no side glass lace.
AROMA: I get the Guava it's definitely there. Also some wet dough malts
TASTE: Very guava, papaya, some orange citrus. Sweet and sour
Some bitterness and drying.

Fruit aromas and flavors were overpowering. Didn’t like this beer. Tasted fake. Sent it back

A sublime IPA that packs a punch. Pours hazy orange gold with a good froth. Complex smelling with traces of citrus. The guava flavor is very understated and leaves a brilliant finish. Good ABV to give you a kick for the can. Balanced flavor and very easy to drink. Something I'd enjoy in summer and winter. Loved this beer!

Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a nice, sudsy white head, the nose is some orange citrus notes and a LOT of guava, which is even more pronounced on the taste.
It would be easy to call this a “one note” IPA, but it actually is pretty balanced and I’d imagine it would be an easy drinker in the summer.

Lightly hazy orange in body with white soapy head. Pungent aroma of guava, citrus, mango, grass, peach. Tastes of nauseating guava, mango, citrus, peach, grass, pine, light bitterness towards the finish. Light in body considering the style. The fruity aroma and flavors here seem to be fake.

S) Odd aroma of guava, watermelon, onion, artificial candy shelf? Not unpleasant but other worldly. Probably not what a beer should be known for? I need Shazam for my Schnoz. 3.5
Appearance = excellent gold hazed apricot sporting lasting and lacing head. 4
T) Lovely, the mystery perfume dives into the fruit fill and bittering back end body, a bit sweet. 3.75
F) Per style. That medicinal mystery lingers. 3.75
O) A failure despite originality due to strange, artificiality.

No can date
Pours a med-large frothy foamy head with med retention, fair soapy lacing, a bit hazy semi clear med gold color
Nose brings tons of guava up front, like fresh guava and guava paste, then a little dank herbal marijuana like hop characters, actually it starts to really get a marijuana aroma, juicy fig like fruit as well, and some sweet candy malt
Taste brings some hops up front, med to a bit lighter bitterness with an earthy herbal spicy hop character but none of the hop flavors dominate, into loads of fruit, seedy fruit like fig, date, and of course guava, fair guava but not nearly the same as the nose, hops start to get piney and resinous as well, not quite marijuana like the nose, mild sweet grainy malts support the hops, drier finish with med to a bit higher hop bitterness, mostly spicy herbal hops lingering
Mouth is med bod, med frothy carb
Overall not bad, quite fruity and herbal at the same time, nice supporting malts, good bitterness for IPA, loads of guava on the nose, although less on the taste, but still enjoyable

Can't remember where or when I obtained this beer, but it was probably a recent Christmas gift that I took a while to get around to. This was the first beer that I had from this brewery and it wasn't as good as other American IPA's that I've recently had although it was relatively light on the alcohol and somewhat accessible and easy to drink!
The pour from this bottle was alright as the liquid was brassy with a bit of fine, dark sediment floating in it with enough head topping it off to fill the remainder of my pint glass. A few hints of ringed lacing could be seen down the side of my pint glass as I sipped this as they were quite thin and not extensive. Quite a floral and fruity nose here with lots of lilac, kiwi, strawberry, and floral notes in it as the taste was a bit heavier and slicker than the nose indicated. Not a lot of guava here and the orange was more in the mouthfeel than the taste as this easily, and somewhat mindlessly, went down. A bit of jack fruit came through in the aftertaste as there wasn't a lot of hop bitterness or burn to be found here.
The same could be said for the alcohol and the carbonation as they were both on the light side, from what I could feel. A bit of pineapple dankness lingered in the aftertaste as this bottle could have used a date on it. While not a letdown, this was typical of the bottled IPA's that I had years ago when I first got into this. No doubt that this was fine to kick back with but paled (no pun intended) in comparison to more recent offerings in this category...

-Guava ipa with citra, cascade, & warrior.
A: Bright tangerine orange coloring has a slight haze factor, with a ton of carbonation activity. Small visible amount of unfiltered nature lies suspended about. Nice bready white bread textured head sits comfortably atop at one half inch with a lengthy time span. A solid sheet of lace adores the vessel.
S: Really strong nose of fresh, juicy guava and sweet grapefruit. Kiwi-strawberry sweetness, strong tropical notes of pineapple bursts through. Fruity, wet, with some passion fruit. The citra reigns supreme here, with some support from cascade and grassy hops from the warrior upon warming.
T: The flavor is spicy citrus-herbal, sharp in delivery, with a tart citra-grapefruit bite. Caramel orange sweetness adds to the mix with a beautiful lingering grassy herbal afterthought.
M: Crisp mouthful, sharp, with a nice liquid depth.
O: Overall a fresh wet tropical nose is followed by a tropical-citrus bite of hops of moderate proportions and finishes with a good bittering touch. The bittering grassiness of the warrior hops adds to the citra bite to make a crisp, drinkable ipa with a solid bittering amount.
