Bomber purchased at convenience store in Varennes, QC. Although freshness is not a concern, given the small batches and the popularity of the beer, a date stamp would be a useful idea for the future.

Pours a slightly cloudy tangerine color. Decent foamy head, not v. thick and dissipates a little too quickly.
Smell is intense citrus and flowery.

Taste matches the aroma and doesn't disappoint. Clean and crisp on the tongue, no astringency (as expected from the modest abv), no oily or resiny aftertaste. The 75 IBUs are likely made up from my personal faves: Citra, Simcoe, Amarilllo, Cascades.....

For Canada, this is an exceptional example of a west coast IPA. Absolutely the best I've had. And it wasn't done by a Canuck brewery anywhere near the action in Oregon...but in Quebec !!?

In the Appalachian region, this beer is similar to and every bit as good as the much-vaunted Heady Topper of Vermont. Put it on your list...this is a very good beer.

Cheers for the big Canadian want, Tom!! Pours a nice hazy honey gold with a finger of frothy white head. Pretty dank nose with cedar, light malts, pine and citrus. Sweet light malts and plenty of delicious, well rounded hops leaning to the west coast. Medium+ body, medium-low carbonation. Great stuff.

Cloudy with a big two-inches head. Not a lot of carbonation visible though. Smells just amazing, lots of fruit smells. Aromas of pibeapple, orange, grapefruit, apple, lemon and peach. Reslly fruity in the mouth too, with a good hop bitterness. It's an exceptional IPA in my opinion. Really hoppy but also really fruity, refreshing and easy to drink. Almost a 5/5 beer, almost.

On tap at Vices and Versa. Served in a short pint.

Appearance - Clear orange body. Huge white head with great retention and beautiful lacing.

Smell - Citrus hops. Toasty malt. Bready and doughy smell.

Taste - Sweet orange citrus hops. Really nice. Light pale malt sweetness. Minimal bitterness.

Mouthfeel - Light. Creamy and low carbonation.

Overall - Impressive. American hops with and English malt and feel.

Hazy dark golden, almost amber color, with powerful activity. Thick foamy and creamy beige 3 finger island head, lasting more than 30 minutes, with super strong legs.

Aromas of fresh piney citrus and straw. Flavors of fruits like pineapple, melon with some citrus like orange, lemon including floral and herbal spices. Pleasant fruity sweetness with a sharp crispy fresh grassy feel.

Slick medium body with champagne like carbonation. Well intensified strong finish of medium length, ending with some sweet citrus and a nice spicy hoppy feel.

Overall an awesome beer with incredible visuals and inviting smell. Delicious complex flavors and a well balanced finish with a super refreshing feel being not too excessive.

Poured from a bomber into a wine glass

L- pale gold with a thin white head. Though small, the head persisted for several minutes.

S- ripe fruits: blueberry, pineapple, tropical fruits. Very fresh, and delicious.

T- the same notes from the nose are present on the mouth, with a bitterness throughout that lingers into the finish. Not much malt presence to be found.

F- medium low bodied and moderate carbonation. Just what you expect for style.

O- very enjoyable, but I would like it more if it were a tad more balanced.
