On tap at Cedric's Tavern on the Biltmore grounds

A - copper with a soft white head that has good retention

S - very faint aroma, a hint of citrus

T - faint bread, faint citrus

M - medium bodied, smooth, a bit crisp

This is a refreshing beer. It doesn't have great flavor but it's highly drinkable. It's unoffensive and to style though a bit less malty than you may expect. I stopped in on an extremely hot day in May so this was a welcomed, quaffable refreshment.

12/31/15 from notes....pours light amber with almost no foam. Light fruity nose. Smooth mouthfeel full of fruity open, and then close. Soft in the mouth, very smooth. Some bitter sticks through. Easy drinking pale.

Pours a clear, golden/copper color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Good retention and decent lacing. Smells of hops, slight sweet malt, and pale malt. Fits the style of an English Pale Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of hops, hint of pine, slight sweet malt, pale malt, hint of yeast, and a hint of grass. Overall, as with the Brown, a muted aroma, but decent body and blend.
