Hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Falconer's Flight. Approachable level of bitterness with sweet citrus and stonefruit aromas. Made with reduced gluten.

16 fl oz. can, no date. My first beer from Pig Minds Brewing Co. acquired the 4pk from the local beer store.
Poured to a Duvel snifter glass.
Pours a nice crisp honeyed golden orange. Finger of fresh soapy white head that leaves lots of good sticky spotty lacing. Body is not hazy by today's standards, but there is some chill haze present. Appears well carbonated. This is how I remember my IPA's looking like.
A beautifully fresh, classic IPA aroma unlike anything I've smelled in a long time. Hops are super fresh & floral (Mosaic?), with notes of pine, resin, grapefruit, tangerine, bready biscuity malt presence to round things off. I honestly wish more IPA's smelled like this; this is the aroma I strive for in my beers.
Taste follows the nose: super fresh & floral tasting hops, good balance of earthy bready biscuit malts, notes of honeyed sweetness, some piney / resinous bitterness, notes of grapefruit & citrus rind. Super classic IPA taste, in my opinion.
Super smooth, crisp, clean, & crushable. (My can lists a 6.80% abv rather than the much lower 5.6% listed here on the site) and this thing is super quaffable for that modest abv. Exceptionally easy-drinking & enjoyable stuff, I'm definitely looking forward to trying more from Pig Minds.

Pours a "foggy" golden color, white head fades to a ring quickly, no noticeable lacing. Boogar factory says, pine, citrus maybe some grapefruit. Taste buds get that along with some malt sweetness. Heavy mouthfeel, smooth, not much carbonation. Pretty solid WC IPA.

On tap at Woodfire - Geneva, IL. My brother-in-law's wedding! Caramel colored body is capped with a frothy ivory head. Aroma is citrus and pine with bready caramel malt amd some background tropical fruit. Flavors are bold and bitter with assertive hops: earthy pine resin, grapefruit & orange zest, and mango, along with a malty heft of caramel malt and bread crust - but bitterness reigns with this one. Body is full, very resinious, finish is bitter and dry. Flavorful IPA with loads of bitterness - it has been awhile since I had one this bitter, and it was good.

This is a nice beer. Nothing blew me away. Pours a light amber with lots of sediment. That doesn't bother me. I didn't really get much on the nose. Very mild piney citrus aroma. Nothing really burst in the taste. Not a bad IPA. But at $10 for a bomber, not something I would go back to.
