Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours red amber with a fluffy off white head. Smells of vanilla and caramelized grain. Tastes of caramelized grain with smooth vanilla. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a good beer.

16oz draft poured into a pint glass looks like a cloudy orange/coppery/amber penny I sometimes leave on the ground. It does support a creamy looking 1/4in cap of tight bubbles that leaves effusive lacing.
Aroma is muted caramel.
Flavor is much more pronounced sweet caramel and the eponymous vanilla. Sweet.
Mouthfeel is creamy and leaning full with a sweet sticky remainder.
Overall, just too sweet. Might I recommend smoke? To cut that just a bit.

Taste: smooth, sweet, caramel malt, vanilla bean, crisp finish. same with the nose. Deep copper hue, regular head but a nice ring lace. Medium body, would pair well with bar food. 35 IBUs
