Served in a shaker pint glass at the brewpub.
From what I'm told, this wheat IPA was brewed with six different hop varieties and dry-hopped with seven more, making a total of thirteen hops in my glass. Right on. It pours a clear bronze topped by a finger of light cream foam. The nose comprises grapefruit peel, honeydew, light mango, mild pine resin, and lightly-toasted biscuit. The taste holds notes of grapefruit rind, orange peel, pine sap, light cedar, very light caramel, and some toasted biscuit pulling up the rear. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. Overall, a mostly solid IPA, one whose smell's promise isn't quite kept. Still, not all that bad.
