The colour is gold-amber (15 EBC). The two finger head slowly sinks to a thin white lid, some lacing. Quite a lot of small particles floating around in the liquid.

The smell is semi-sweet and loaded with New World hops: Exotic fruits, pine needles, new-cut wood. Hints of butterscotch, rubber bands and smooth bitter flavours.

The taste is bitter and quite salty. Some exotic fruits and notes of pine wood, juniper twigs and black rubber. Light body. The aftertaste got sharp bitter notes, hints of grease and orange-flavoured candy. The harsh bitter finish seem to last forever.

The carbonation is medium strong, the many small bubbles short-lived. The liquid is a bit smooth and yert rather thin.

This beer reminds of beers I have had from new home brewers. “You know, I made this really bitter session ale with the hops I had left in the freezer”. Yeah, just like one of those.
