Dark red color. Medium head. Aroma is roasted malt. Full bodied "Imperial" Red. Malts are nutty, sweet and fruity. Hops are spicy and slightly floral. Extremely smooth. The only hint of the 13.3% alcohol is in the fact that it's a belly warmer, Nice, very flavorful beer. Complex flavors. Another in the style of the "Imperial" variety. Nicely executed a very nice beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter, slight trace of an alcohol bite.
