Poured out of a 633 ml bottle into a small mug. This brew has about a finger and a half of white creamy head. Below that creamy goodness is a deep golden liquid.

this beer doesn't lie to you at any point and time it smells like a dry rice lager should, Subtle astringents followed by the classic lager beer.

It starts out a with a rice alcohol smell and slowly brings on an almost toasty Biscuit goodness that is almost instantly killed with a nice bitterness that quickly leave way for an after taste of more lightly toasted biscuit.

I get this beer in the states and Find it to be always skunky and horrible. But here in Japan its fresh and wonderful, Sad to say that I am leaving in a week and this is the first time that I had this beer because I thought how it was in the states was how it would be here in japan. Dead wrong,
