The appearance was a nice looking hazy golden orange to amber color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white head that dissipated within about thirty seconds. A light stringy lacing settles around the glass. The smell had a sweet and lightly spiced semi-peppery aroma running under a sweet maltiness. The taste pretty much copied the smell and carried a slight spice into the aftertaste and finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was there and good for the style and for me. Overall, I say this was a pretty nice APA that I would definitely have again.

Pours a light hazy, amber. Medium foamy white head last shortly with lacing.

Smells Citrus, earthy, light spice, light pine, light bready malt.

Tastes light sweet malt, Citrus, spice fading to a dry bitter lingering Citrus and Pine. Medium body and medium carbonation.

Received from @Josholson666 in NBS BIF #4
Can BB 11/24/16 at 42 degrees into a hand washed and dried JK snifter
Aroma – citrusy
Head – large (Maximum 4.5 cm, aggressive pour), off white, frothy and stiff, diminishing to an irregular frothy ring varying from three to fifteen mm with a frothy heaped partial layer
Lacing – good. Broken wide rings with tiny to large bubbles.
Body – light orange, hazy
Flavor – dank and bitter; no malt, no alcohol, no diacetyl
Palate – light, slightly oily, lively carbonation

This is more like an IPA than some of the IPAs I’ve had recently. Very dank with a long hang time.

Appearance 4.5, Aroma 4, Flavor 4.25, Palate 4, Overall 4.25

12 oz can poured into pint glass

A: Nice soapy white head that settles to a film, yet clings to the glass nicely. Body is a hazy medium amber in color.

S: Piney, resiny, lots of bitterness

T: The piney taste and resin are there just dialed back, beer finishes with a little bit f bitterness.

M: medium feel decent carbonation lingering bitterness.

O: Pretty fair beer I'd say this was more of an IPA than a Pale Ale. Its not something you would be disappointed with, but you aren't going to be thrilled by it either.
