11.8 oz (strangest size evar!) bottle into a pint glass.
A: Pours a very dark brown color, similar to cola. The head is two fingers high, and khaki in shade. Retention is better than expected, and there's a surprising amount of lacing left behind.
S: It's fairly roasty - surprisingly so, in fact. There are also notes of caramel, toast, dark fruits, and corn. Unfortunately, it's really stinky with cooked vegetables and rotting meat. These two notes tank the nose to the point of me contemplating holding my nose when taking a sip. Once it suitably opens up, the nose becomes downright intolerable.
T: Holy frig, this is ridiculously sweet. A very faint opening of toasted malts quickly give way to some dark fruit notes and a TON of sugar. Flat out, this tastes like cola, or maybe even Malta Goya. It's weird, and I don't really like it; still, not quite as horrifying as the nose. Actually, once it warms up, all those nasty olfactory notes start to appear on the taste (to a lesser extent). Yikes.
M: Did I mention this is sweet? Not only does it seem under-attenuated, it seems under-fermented, too - with the latter being likely true. Because it's so similar to Coke flavor-wise, I'm left wishing for more carbonation so I could at least chug this like Coke.
O: This is pretty much an alcoholic Malta Goya, but with a shit ton of off notes. Frankly, I see no reason to buy or even drink this ever again. At least I ticked Bolivia! Awesome...

From the bottle, it pours a clear dark reddish brown color with a large, lustrous, long lasting light tan head. Lots of lacing. Honestly, I don't get much in the nose, other than some malt. In the mouth, it is sweet malt overall. Considering the alcohol percentage, it is understandable, - kinda reminds me of "malta". Drink if you like sweet malt!

De color marrón oscuro, con cuerpo ligero y carbonatación media. Aroma maltoso. En boca es dulce debido a la malta y algo de chocolate. Apenas 3% de alcohol. Es como tomar una Pony o un Maltín, no parece cerveza.

Poured from the bottle into a pokal style glass.
Dark walnut brown body color, and quite opaque. A good solid creamy to foamy forming three finger tall head, khaki to light tan in color, with a little bit of lacing.
Clean aroma, with faint touches of roast. Hints a little creamy sweet sensing, but not strongly. Hints a little wet bodied, but otherwise smells like a typical schwarzbier.
Woah.. This is not what I was expecting on the palate at all. Giant amounts of sugar is the first thing I notice. Horrificaly sweet, basically tasting like a soft drink. The body is also quite wet not unlike soda, but basically flirts with alco-pop like concoctions. Faint aftertaste of chalky like texture and flavor also.
Really there is not much to say here, this barely tastes like beer, it's pretty shocking actually considering the nose.

Solid, solid attempt at the classic German style. This is a gem of a brewery in this part of the world.

Sweet and thick, this Bolivian brew has a heavy mouth feel that won't leave you anytime soon. It tastes good but isn't something you want to take home to the parents, if you know what I mean.

Opened and poured out a murky black into the glass with a head that does not stick around long. Smell of sweet raisins and a hint of caramel. The taste is overwhelmingly sweet and medium-bodied, so it tastes like drinking carbonated prune juice--a little overwhelming. Ended up using the rest of the bottle to boil some brats, for which it served quite well.

tinted brown and Lacey head dissipates moderately slowly, the drink is very dark brown/black in color.
smells sweet, sugary sweet.
taste is sweet a bit of , butter and chocolate milk undertones.
predominately sweet with very mild bitterness, not very processed refreshing, doesn't require much thought.
feels smooth and light, kinda cute. moderate carb.
quite drinkable, and easy beer to drink, i will repeat this beer.
El Inca would be a great beginners beer, because people who don't like beer seem like they might like El Inca.

Deep black body with brown semi persistant head. Big carbonation throughout. Smells extremely sweet, with caramel and mollases. A little hint of alcohol.
Very slight floral hops. Tastes very sweet, almost like candy. Again with the caramel and molasses. Roasty and Malty for sure and a little hint of hops. Pretty thin, feels ok and average. Very stilght bitterness but very prevailing on the sweet side. Not great, but worth trying.

A rare dark beer is Bolivia amongst the ubiquitous pilsner styles.
Tasted from a market stall in the Bolivian jungle.
Overbearing malt sweetness makes this a rather cloying beverage. No subtleties present beyond the heavy malt flavours.
Nice appearance, black with hints of ruby and a small but lasting foamy head.
Smell very sweet - only malt notes
Feels smooth and velvety with very little effervescence.
Taste is far too sweet for my palate - reminiscent of Mackeson´s Milk Stout but much sweeter. Difficult to drink.

This is from an old bottle i brought back from Bolivia a while ago. Almost no aroma other than sweet. Very dark wood color with red highlights. Extremely sweet, but not bad. Does remind me of a malta. Or an over the top dark milk beer. Nothing foul here. Just enormously sweet. Might be good to cook with.

Hmm, an interesting beer in another language. It pours full black with a tan head that sticks to the glass. The aroma is sweet like soda or Malto-Goya, if youve ever had it. Slight roasted aromas and black liquorice and chocolate. The taste is sweet and smooth. Very soft and when taking deep breaths and drinking, it reminds me a lot of root beer. Its not balanced as there are no hops present, but its not cloying so its enjoyable. The finish is very clean, but the body could have a bit more to it.
This is actually pretty enjoyable and easy drinking. I could have this as dessert beer if I was looking to get away from the ABV I usually have in my after dinner beers.

12 oz brown bottle, capped. No freshness date. El Inca Bi-Cervecina. "Ingredients: Water, Malt toasted, Selected Cereal, Hops, Antioxydant 224, Foam Stability 404" G.A. 3% Vol. Brewed and bottled at 12,000 feet above sea level with pure Andean Water since 1886.
I am not sure what style to classify this under. I would say "mild lager" because of the 3% abv, and I am only guessing on the lager designation. From what I can find out, "bi-cervecina" is a type of "Malta" low alcohol beverage.
This beer poured a clear, dark mahagony brown color with full, creamy, light brown foam that left good lace on the glass. The smell had molasses, roasted malt, caramel, some grain, and a faint hint of hops. The taste was rather sweet with caramel, malt, and slightly nutty flavors, and with a trace of hop bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel was smooth, creamy, and sweet and dessert-like. The body was medium with moderate carbonation feel. This beverage is sweet and candy-like, but it is technically a beer, and I kind of like it.
