Served in a shaker pint glass at the brewpub.
Of all the galaxies in the universe, Andromeda is one of them. Tee-hee. Anyway, this stuff pours a bleak black-brown topped by a finger of tan foam. The nose comprises roasted malts, dark chocolate, and light coffee. The taste brings in more of the same, though understandably and expectedly sweeter. The body is a light-leaning medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. Overall, a solid milk stout, one that doesn't go too far with the sweetness and maintains a healthy sense of stout-ness.
