Pours a hazy yellow color with a nice cloudy head which does not leave a whole lot of lacing.

Smell is sour and acidic, lemon comes to mind. When I opened the bottle I immediately felt some subtle west coast hops, but now when I am trying to find it again its nowhere to be found.

This is trying to sell itself as a witbier with with american hops, and at that it disappoints. Still a fine witbier though. Nice wheaty citrusy flavor, with a slightly over-carbonated yet enjoyable mouthfeel.

This is a fine beer. I dont want to end my review as a pretentious art critic, but I really dislike the label here. The most interesting aspect of this beer is that its a polish craft brewery's attempt at a witbier - not that its based on Belgian and American influences. So drop the US/Belgian flag and add the Polish!

Hazy bright yellow color with white head. Aroma is spicy with coriander and orange peel. Taste is also spicy and sweet at first with wheat flavor but gets hoppy and bitter towards the finish. Medium body with light carbonation. Not bad but I think it's a bit too bitter for a witbier.

Color light yellow, cloudy, with a decent, fine-bubble foam, which unfortunately does not stay too long in the glass.
Aroma: slight hint of lemon, light sweet banana, apricot and some wheat accents.
Taste: beer is very full, smooth with a slightly "soapy" texture. Again palpable gently lemon, a touch of orange and not very pleasant perfume herbs.
Gentian: a delicate though defaulting. Saturation high, so it should be, but at the same "weight" of beer a bit of me does not fit. Unfortunately alcohol is present in the taste.

Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 16A). Bottle 50 cl - Batch unknown. AROMA: citric and floral hop aroma overpowering a faint oranges aroma and a sweet malt background. APPEARANCE: light orange color and hazy. average moussy white head with below average retention. TASTE: orange flavours with high bitterness (from hops or from the orange zest). finishes dry and bitter almost with astringency. coriander and wheat flavours are very faint. PALATE: medium body with below average carbonation. it has some astringency. OVERALL: an extra bitter Wit that imparts the refreshing capacity of a traditional Wit, with astringency and a very dry finish.
