I've been into Indigo a few times now. Despite its trendy-sounding name, it's a pretty comfortable little pub and restaurant located in a small shopping center.
The place is brand new, so it's clean all around and everything is just so. Wood tables and interesting candle sconces in the brick walls create an invitingly warm atmosphere. Service has been friendly and the people knowledgeable on my visits.
The beer selection is quite good, with 20+ beers on tap, with a focus on local and regional craft brews. I have seen one or two things there that I haven't seen in other Seattle-area bars, so I'm guessing they get a good rotation going through there.
Food is also quite good, with fair-to-middling prices. It's definitely worth a stop in the relative beer desert that is Lynnwood.
