Pours out a mostly clear, light brown color. Like many of J.T. Whitney's beers, this one has absolutely no head. The aroma is dominated by grapefruity hops. The flavor is a sweet, malty base with lots of hops. The hops taste very much like grapefruit. This beer is not at all complex, but if you like Cascade hops, you'll probably like this beer. Very fresh tasting. Medium mouthfeel. Low carbonation. This is one of the better J.T. Whitney's beers.
