Poured from a 16 oz can dated 2 weeks out.
Pours a completely opaque yellow-orange color with very minimal white head. The head settles into a very thin film, leaving a ring of lacing along the way.
The aroma is pineapple juice and burnt rubber, with a touch of vanilla to top it off. Extremely odd.
The flavor isn't any less bizarre. Pineapple flavored bubble gum and candied peach, with a hint of fruit stripe gum. No bitterness whatsoever, and an almost cloying quality.
The feel is watery thin with almost no carbonation. The alcohol is well hidden though, which is good I guess.
Overall, a pretty piss-poor example of a NE style DIPA. It's like somebody put a wad of chewed-up bubblegum into some pineapple juice and let it sit for 2 years. The complete lack of carbonation doesn't help. Not sure if this was a bad can but I'm definitely not impressed.

A strong version of the NE IPAs that are going around. A hazy orange pour leads to a strong aroma of pineapple and a hint of grapefruit. The full body and creamy taste accents the pineapple extremely well as it does not linger long on the palate. Overall an exceptional DIPA.

I'm on a quest to find Heady Topper style beers. This is pretty good. It's very hoppy, without being bitter. It has a medium body, with fruity tones and is very drinkable. This is my new "go-to" IPA when I'm not in Vermont.

This one pours a slightly hazy light orange, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells really, really strongly of pineapple, some earthy herbal thing, not quite vegetal, but good, with some interesting and possibly not intended bubblegum aromas.
This is very good, and solid for the area. The sort of candied bubblegum taste is odd, and probably not intended. There's an absolute ton of pineapple here, which is nice, with some grapefruit, and herbal grassiness, almost like fresh cut grass with various herbs mixed in.
This is medium bodied, it's got that classically thick NE style feel, with a good level of carbonation.
I'm quite impressed with this one. With a few tweaks, it'd be absolutely awesome.
