Harvester Wheat has a dark gold color with a fleeting white head. The smell is malty, spicy and tart. Medium bodied with light carbonation. The taste is of tart malts and grainy spice flavors. Finishes very crisp and clean.
Very true to style, not bad.

Light and crisp; a good, clean, thirst quenching session ale. Low bitterness and hop character. Very little head retention. No major flaws. Better than the average crossover beer.

This brew was served with a lemon (which was not requested). This more or less tells you the quality of the beer. It lacked the typical haziness that you would associate with a wheat beer. The taste was extremely bland and could barely beat your average commercial lager in taste. Pretty weak.

This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a slightly hazy but transparent yellow color. Carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace to fill a white bubbly to foamy head. Stringy lacing falls into the beer.
The smell had some damp sweet hay with a little bit of bready yeast. Light citrus falls into place nicely.
The taste was sweet through some bright sweet hops. The hay comes back to roll into the aftertaste and finish.
The mouthfeel was light on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation is mild.
Overall, I don't mind it, but don't see it as a Summer standard. There's other options for Summer I'd rather have.
