Poured from a 12 oz. can into a tall pint glass.

Appearance: Pours a very hazy straw golden orange with a lot of bubbles. Big three finger white head which slowly fades into a thin patchy layer. Leaves a decent amount of lacing.

Smell: A zesty, fruity, and sweet wheat forward aroma with good hints of citrus and honey. Wheat and pale malt with hints of grains, straw, cracker, and some sweet hints of honey. Citrus fruit hints of orange, lemon zest, honey dew, mango, and melon. Hops are very light. A pretty solid wheat beer aroma.

Taste: Like the aroma, a crisp, zesty, fruity, and sweet wheat driven taste with a good presence of citrus fruit. Upfront wheat and pale malt with notes of straw, cereal grains, and cracker. Sweet notes of honey. Juicy citrus fruit notes of lemon zest, orange, honey dew, melon, and mango. Subtle earthy hops. A pretty solid wheat taste.

Mouthfeel: Light bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Crisp, juicy, and very smooth.

Overall: A pretty solid summer wheat beer. Nice citrus and honey notes.

Pours a hazy yellow gold colour. Smells light and crisp with honeydew melon and apple notes. Tastes like it smells, light, crisp, green apple, melon, honeydew, and very refreshing.

Another "smash down" beer to quench the thirst.
Drank it out of the can so I couldn't see the color, but it tasted light yellow.
I love wheat beer and this one was pretty average, but good in a pinch.

Enjoy by 7/27/16.

Appearance: Pours a light straw color with good clarity topped by white froth that quickly fizzles away.

Aroma: Tart and sweet. Hint of lemon.

Taste: Not what I was expecting. Has a bit of belgian yeast character on the front end (coriander and other light spices) and then moderate hop bitterness throughout the finish and aftertaste. Minimal malt sweetness. Not really detecting the honeydew flavor, maybe just a touch in the finish. More like a farmhouse wheat.

Mouthfeel: Between thin and medium in body and over carbonated for my taste. Drinkability suffers from the lasting bitterness.

Final Thoughts: I was excited for this one but it was a definite let down. Not sure how they add the honeydew (or if it's just extract) but it didn't come through like I would have liked it to. Would I drink it again? Nah.

poured from a can a thin head and hazy peach in colour. Smells like honey dew and grain. Has a good wheat ale taste and soft fruit flavour that is refreshing and well balanced. Would drink again but more of a summer thing.

This beer pours a very hazy dirty yellow with a medium sized fluffy head. The aroma starts with a yeasty, uncooked dough aroma, followed by some orange and lemon peel, honey, salted pretzel, and something that may be melon, but smells more like bad sour candy. The melon does come in with the flavor, but it is a very unrripe melon tone, almost like licking the part of the melon right next to the rind. There is also some sour lemon, and a ending taste that I can only describe as burnt plastic. This taste lingers long after the swallow, giving this very artificial, plastic and metallic flavor, with some lingering hints of fake fruit candy, like those dum dum suckers. The mouthfeel is thin and very fizzy. Overall there is no way around that this is pretty terrible beer. The honeydew flavor is very artificial candy tasting, and the burnt plastic note is really hard to avoid. Rare drain pour for me.

Very refreshing beer for the summer time, with a subtle hint of honey not to strong. The aftertaste is good and it is smooth all the way down. Nice lite beer
