(Reviewed by my girlfriend, Sierra. Who doesn't drink beer)

Look: Murky, and thick. Looks like it might be syrupy. Nice and fizzy. Bubbles form nicely.

Smell: Hops. Not over powering. Light, like a fresh apple on a summers day. Meh.

Taste: Not the worst I've had. And I've had really bad ones. Would drink again. Taste like alcohol.

Feel: Cold. Light. Like a babbling stream through a mountain range in mid-April.

On tap at John J. Jeffries in Lancaster, PA. Pours a clear reddish amber with a medium white head - very good-looking beer. Initial impression is pronounced citrus and pine resins, but there is enough malt sweetness to make it well-balanced. Medium mouthfeel; very smooth and easy to drink. Alcohol is not at all evident. All in all, a very tasty sessionable IPA with enough hops to be flavorful but not overwhelming.

Had on tap at Otto's in State College, poured into a pub club mug.

L: Pours a clear deep amber with generous white head that fell rapidly.

S: Citrus and evergreen... nicely hopped. Also biscuits and fresh baked bread.

T/F: This is a little hoppier than a typical IPA and almost makes it up ton a double IPA. Still... not as bitter, with some nice citrus and pine notes. Well balanced with malts and very drinkable. Moderately carbonated.

O: A very fine IPA. Not world changing, but a great session beer that is nicely hopped without overdoing things. I still prefer their 'Double D' but this will absolutely do in a pinch.
