Top spot if in the area...they carry a LOAD of quality cans, bottles and draft options...

Impressive selection of all the good stuff in coolers for onsite and to go...friendly bartender behind the stick, all beer available on draft listed electronically behind the bar.....modern feel to the place, lots of rock, metal and large windows...

Over 20 on tap, including RR Pliny...what? All kinds of great options.

If in the area and looking for interesting extensive and modern options, do not miss this place....

I’d likely be a regular if I was a local...

Truly one of a kind for the area. agree with the comments that this place gets crowded at night so come in early and say hello to John, he is the guy to talk to. know his stuff and will always point you in the right direction. Bottle selection is 2nd to none in the Placer County area, 4 stocked fridges with a great bottle and can selection of every style. Taps are updated online so you can always see whats being poured. happy hour every day and all day sunday to, you cant beat that!

A great spot for a brew, because there is generally something on tap for everyone. Food is outsourced to adjacent restaurants and pairs well with the brews. Seating can be an issue at times because of the popularity of this pub but a visit is well worth that minor inconvenience. Beers from some of the most renowned and eclectic breweries in the Nation get some tap time here and if you are lucky you might just happen in during their Funker Fest, a sour lovers dream.

I don't travel through Roseville without visiting... At least two or three times.

edited to show they get beers from all over the US..... As well as some of the best local breweries!

First time visitor. I had heard about this place and how nice the owners were with a great beer selection on tap. I hesitated to go as I thought this place would be overrated and overly crowded. Went on a Friday night after work and was pleasantly surprised that we got right in and found a table. Step up bar ordering format was different but also nice as it got you right up close with the knowledgeable staff. At the table they still checked on us and served beer.
I didn't realize how many hard to find bottles they also had in fridges which was a nice find. You can order to drink or take home which is a big plus.
They have food to order from the nearby restaurants but for some reason one was not serving anymore, which was a bummer for me as we wanted food and great beer. We still ate but really wanted to try the Peruvian food next door will having some great beer. I hope the Peruvian place realizes what a loss this is to them.
Will definitely go back and try some more great beer but I do hope the bring in more IPA beers to the tap.

I guess it's time for me to review my go to spot for when I go out to drink

Atmosphere: very clean interior with a nice patio section to enjoy the weather during the nicer months. good sized bar area along with a decent amount of seating with a decent demographic of customers, good music and a decent spread of TVs so you can watch a game or two.

Quality: The owners and the employees are into beer so you get a good pour into the proper glassware. Sizes and prices are very reasonable, they also have happy hours and kill the keg specials to keep the taps fresh and the beers are all craft or imported so no space is wasted on macro beers. They also have a large wine selection if somebody in your party isn't into beer.

Service: Service is top notch and the staff are all very knowledgeable about beer. Your glass is never empty for long and all the staff is very knowledgeable on beer so if you don't know what you want they can help you decide. If you want to try a taste before getting a pint they'll hook you up with a small shot of beer to sample.

Selection: They have 20 taps and a nitro tap that are constantly revolving and a huge selection of bottles if you can't find something on tap to drink. Bottle selection is excellent and they have beers that you just don't see anywhere else in the Rocklin/Roseville area. They also seek out beers to put on tap that you don't see regularly.

Food: the food menu is a little limited since they don't have a full kitchen but they make do with what they have. Service is quick with food orders as well so you'll never have to wait long for your food. the pulled pork nachos are easily my favorite thing on the menu.

Value: Prices on everything are very fair. Bottles are fairly priced and are available to go. This is easily my favorite place to drink in the Rocklin/Roseville area and a few bottles always seem to follow me home.

Recently opened Final Gravity is a great place to enjoy local craft beers, as well as hard to find, specialty bottled beers with a strong emphasis on Belgian and Belgian style beers. There is also a real nice wine selection with value wines and hard to find ultra premium brands on their list.

There are 21 beers on tap that are continuously rotating, and the owners will likely add more taps as the need arises. Their bottle selection will also increase in the weeks and months to come.

Their place is clean, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and definitely lively when there are sporting events(shown on three flat screen TVs) or special beer events. Last weeks IPA day drew a nice crowd, where they were almost at capacity and 10 great IPAs were on tap.

The owners also have deals with a few food trucks that park outside their establishment, usually between 5 and 8pm, and provide excellent food to compliment the drinks.

If anyone is ever in Roseville, do stop by Final Gravity taproom and bottle shop, and plan to spend a solid couple of hours there; but please don't drink and drive!

Driving through California from Eugene, Oregon, and stopped in Roseville to visit some friends, and found this gem.

Friendly staff, ready with recommendations.

A solid variety of 21 local and harder to find beer on tap, with 16 glass of wine and a brut as well a solid selection of bottles to go, including Upright and Jester King.

Service is spot on. Even though you order at the counter, they still will come out to your table to make sure everything is good.

While we were there, they had no food except for snacks, but have since added some appetizers since we visited(they have a pretty good website to check out) and they look good.

They have 3 large HD televisions, with sports generally on. Very open cafe like setting with a nice patio to drink beer on.

Overall we definitely enjoyed Final Gravity. Even though we were in the opening week, they seemed to have thought everything through.

Will be back, next time through.
