On tap at Bravery Brewing in Lancaster, CA.
Pours a clear honey orange with a foamy tan head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. A foamy curtain of lace coats the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, honey, Belgian yeast, and candied citrus zest aromas. Taste is much the same with malt, citrus zest, and Belgian yeast flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop and yeast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a nice use of Belgian yeast that works well with the hops here.
