On tap. Slightly hazy golden color with white head. Aroma has some green tea, dank hops and some booze. Taste is mostly hoppy with bitter earthy notes, a bit of clean malt in the background, slightly boozy on the finish. Medium body with really low carbonation. I don’t know if it’s old but it doesn’t feel very fresh and it needs more carbonation.

Copper with dusty sediment within, little carbonation, and 3 rocky fingers of head.

Grapefruit pith, floral candy almost like perfume, dusty cabinet.

Orange, candied orange, a little citrus pith more along the lines of grapefruit. Malty caramel, light sweetness, fair bite of bitterness on the end and alcohol burn as well.

Medium slightly oily, slightly resinous body, light carbonation.

Found and drank in CNX Nov. 3rd. Craft beer hits Germany, and I've finally had a taste of it! Super excited about finding this, and participating in this revolution.

Shiny orange pour, a bit hazy, two finger fluffy head that subsides slowly, leaving a bit of lace.
Grassy and lemon hop smell, grapefruit, lime zest, some grainy biscuit. Doesn't predict too much fruity sweetness, but mainly a citrusy IPA.
Wrong. Rich citrusy start, with sweet orange, tangerine, a zing of sour lemon, pomelo, pink grapefruit, a nice bitter-sweet fruity start (some peach, faint melon and apricot too). Sweet malt backbone with nice caramel and some biscuit, grainier in the finish. Until then, hops produce a bit of pine and a spicy leafy bite, without covering the refreshing citrus. So, it finishes leafy, bitter, with a dry cracker note and some lingering grapefruit peel.
Medium body and a bit more carbonated, but fitting for the flavors. Aftertaste of citrusy hops and grain.
A tasty IPA, these Herkules hops deserve more recognition. Great stuff.
