A: crystal clear; medium gold in color; 1 finger white head that receded to a moderate, tight collar; very little lacing;
S: malt with a bit of hop spice; on subsequent sniffs, I got floral hop character instead of spiciness;
T: nicely balanced; hops come through more as spiciness than floral; moderate, lingering bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: easy drinking and satisfying;

From the pint can, it pours a clear yellow color with a modest white head that soon reduces to a ring. The nose gets a does of bready malt, followed by mouth getting a light bitterness over the malt body.

Poured from a pint can into a Nonic Pint glass. Two fingered white head with some lacing. Golden yellow body. First sip has a gentle hops flavor, crisp and tasty, with the classic clean finish. Good mouth feel, well made.

The Back East Czech was poorly treated, used to enjoy a summer afternoon straight from the can. But even through I wasn't able to give this a proper review, I admired each can, a clear and concise pilsener flavor with no corn or off flavors, and a carbonation that bubbles nicely on the tongue.

A- Standard 12oz can with the Chex aesthetic nailed pours a slightly hazed golden brew into a tulip glass. The cap is one finger with a thick and frothy texture and fairly good retention. Thick sheets of lacing.
S- Very much bready and yeasty aroma reminiscent of fresh dough balls on pizza night. Yeast bread and fruit are huge and supported by spicy, herbal and earthy hops. A touch fruity.
T- A bit more balanced than the aroma as the hops make their presence known with a nice bitterness and well rounded Noble Euro hop profile. Spicy, grassy, earthy and herbal/floral hops lead into cracker, bread and Pils grain notes. A touch of light fruits, that classic yeastiness.
MF- Very crisp light bodied brew. Carbonation is very high and it brings on a foamy and creamy texture. Clean herbal bitterness in the finish.
Noble and Euro hops and some nice malt notes combine for a very fresh, crisp and flavorful Pilsner.
