A light, refreshing lager made with local Hill Country honey that provides a slight sweetness to balance classic German hops and adds a pleasant wildflower aroma.

Served in a solo cup on draft at the redneck country club seeing a shinyribs concert. Have no idea what it looks like. Smells like honey. Taste is initially sweet, a little too sweet for me but my wife loved it. It finishes dry enough to not be annoying but I couldn’t drink a lot of these. The sweetness and heavier feel is more than I like. I’ll get it again, 1 or 2 would be nice. Glad to find a beer the wife likes too.

Nice off-white head and hopped honey fragrance. The froth dwindles to a splotched lacing, which reveals a deep amber, almost copper colored, brew. Much darker than a typical pilsner. This mediun body beer is very balanced with sweet honey and just a mild hop bite to insinuate its a pilsner. The honey swirls with a hint of alcohol to finish off the taste. Not a traditional pilsner, but this is an easy drinking and interesting brew.

My favorite craft beer. Original taste that I didn’t expect to like. I am not a Texas beer fan. Great color, slightly darker than a normal light beer. Slightly sweet that cuts down on the bitter.

Nothing too special, however it's a great six pack to take golfing/tubing/etc (good summer drinking beer)

Appearance: Slightly hazy and amber colored, the head fades somewhat rapidly leaving just a few spots and in the morning, laces a few coffee cups
Smell: Smells like honey, don't turn out the light
Taste: Sweet honey malt flavors forward with the middle bringing just a slight bitter broken end of love
Mouthfeel: Moderately carbonated, surprisingly full so get your body movin', celebrate your soul
Overall: The road goes on forever and the party never ends but I will drink a different beer next time

Pumped for a honey pils until you're more excited to get stung by honey bees. Although I inhaled a toxic fart in the bar bathroom just before consuming so my palate might have been off. Pffffffffff.
