A very nice selection, although their focus is clearly primarily on wine and fine liquor. However, the selection is varied enough from the other local spots to make it worth a visit.

This place was difficult to find. When you get to the plaza you have to find the driveway that goes around to the back - there are 5 or 6 more stores there, this being one of them.

The selection here is very good, especially in terms of Belgian/European beer. That being said, some of the better US releases (like the Deschutes limited releases) were nowhere to be found when they were abundant at Whole Foods and Tamura's. I wouldn't go too far out of your way to stop by (as I did). I preferred both Whole Foods and Tamura's. That being said, this place is solid and the service was excellent.

A - One of the bigger wine/beer stores in Honolulu. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it is worth the trip. They have parking in front of the store, which is a big bonus here.

S - So far the best service of any of the beer stores I visited in Honolulu. This was the only store where someone actually came up to me and started a conversation about beer, talked about what special stuff they get and asked if I wanted to sign up for their email list for special events.

Sel - One of the best selections on the island. They had several items I hadn't seen in the rest of the city including five variations of Eclipse.

V - Their prices seem to be a little higher than Tamura's and Whole Foods, but not exorbitantly so.

I strongly recommend visiting this store when in Honolulu. It is a little difficult to find. It is on the backside of a small shopping center off of Kapiolani. When you see the T-Mobile store, just drive around back.

There aren't many quality beer stores in Honolulu, but Fujioka's Time Wines is one of the few that has a good variety of good beers. They get the limited releases from the mainland breweries that distribute to Hawaii, and they price them reasonably - less than some of the other beer stores on the island. I have no complaints whatsoever about this store. The employees are helpful and amicable.

The store is mainly wine but has nearly an entire wall dedicated to beers (and only good stuff too). This is currently my go-to place for beer (and I certainly go here often enough). If you are in Honolulu and looking for good beer, I recommend Fujioka's.
