Had this on 2021-12-04 at the brewery on tap
A - Clear gold with a 1.8-finger head and good lace
S - Peach, guava, nice fruity and very lightly dank hop aroma
T - Tropical fresh fruit, bread crust, guava, light pine, candied orange, mint, pepper. Finishes dry with citrus zest and pine bitterness that lets you know it's an IPA but there's enough moderating fruit sweetness to keep it somewhat tamed.
M - Medium body and carbonation. Smooth then crisp.
O - Delicious down-under take on a West Coast IPA. I can see why it won a silver medal at the 2015 GABF.

I tried this at the brewery. It poured a clear copper with thin white head that has left a spotty lace. The scent had citrus presence. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with citrus peel presence. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall this is a fantastic IPA and definitely worth a try.

32 oz crowler poured into a pint glass canned on 11/30/18
A: Nice big creamy white head that settles slowly to a Soapy film. Body is a yellow gold with great clarity.
S: Very dank, resin, fruity but heavier like over ripe fruit cantaloupe.
T: Lots of overripe fruit like cantaloupe and a little peach some grassiness and a little bit of resin. Almost no malt presence.
M: medium bodied good carbonation taste lingers bitterness is marginal.
O: This is a pretty fair IPA, the tastes are a little muted from when I rated it versus now reviewing it.

Holy mosaic! Fairly one dimensional but my type of IPA for sure. Some underlying diacetyl, but those hops cover it well!

Hazy golden orange with a rocky frothy white head that persists. Holy shit where did this beer come from? Tangerine passion fruit citrus and pine with a biscuity bready malt to balance. That's a pretty damn good beer right there!

This has that classic, tall foam head and golden Budweiser look that a good number JAFB beers showcase, albeit slightly hazier (and I feel sorry for bartenders that pour a flight of four IPAs, because these are really hard to tell apart visually). However, the aromas and flavors set each one apart distinctly.
My original Rain Delay review noted crisply malty biscuit aromas, with a little corn, as well as a mild hop bitterness. Now in 2022 I also notice hints of Orange Julius under that biscuit, as well as a toasty pine within the frothy medium body that finishes lightly powder dry, exhaling a hint of blueberry.
In this style of IPA I don't get a lot of tropical citrus notes that others describe, which includes IPAs like White Rajah and All for One. But I do at least agree this beer is in the same vein and as such is quite tasty. Hearty yet drinkable. And I must add, quite consistent over the years.

One of the best ipas I've had. Nose and taste are very tropical and dank with lots of fresh bright fruit flavor. Bitterness is modest for an ipa at 60 ibu. This is extremely drinkable. I'd put this in the same tier as other Ohio greats like white rajah and head hunter, but sadly it's much less known being in isolated Wooster and not distributed.
